Maths Program Info

Understanding - Students build deep mathematical understanding by making meaningful connections between concepts, strategies, and prior knowledge.
Problem Solving - We create an environment where students are encouraged to think, explore, struggle productively, and persist through challenging problems. This develops resilience and independent thinking.
Fluency - Fluency builds mastery. Through purposeful practice, students develop accuracy, efficiency, and confidence in applying mathematical skills.
Reasoning - Students learn to explain their thinking, justify solutions, and identify connections between mathematical ideas. This strengthens understanding and develops critical thinking skills.
Confidence and mindset - By developing these areas together, students gain confidence in their mathematical ability and build a positive growth mindset that extends beyond the classroom into all areas of learning and life.

Cost: $35 per session.
To ensure students gain the most from the sessions, fees are charged term by term. Terms will go for a duration of 9 weeks.

The first lesson will be free. Each session will run for 1 hour.

Face to face Program

This will be delivered on site at Mount View Primary School in Glen Waverley.
Year 2, Year 3, Year 4 and Year 5 offered.

- 1 hour sessions
- Focused, age-appropriate learning
