1.1 Enrolment in the program is confirmed once the registration form has been submitted and payment (or payment arrangement) has been accepted.
1.2 Enrolment is for the selected term(s) only and does not automatically roll over unless stated otherwise.
1.3 The Provider reserves the right to refuse or cancel enrolment at its discretion.
2.1 The program operates on a 8 week term-based structure, consisting of up to four (4) terms per calendar year.
2.2 Term dates, session times, and delivery methods may change due to operational requirements, public holidays, or unforeseen circumstances.
2.3 The Provider will make reasonable efforts to notify participants of any changes.
3.1 Fees are payable per term or per year, as selected at the time of enrolment.
3.2 All fees must be paid by the due date specified on the invoice.
3.3 Failure to pay fees may result in suspension or cancellation of enrolment.
3.4 Prices are subject to change, however changes will not affect fees already paid.
4.1 Fees are non-refundable, except where required under Australian Consumer Law.
4.2 No refunds will be issued for:
Change of mind
Missed classes
Partial attendance
Student withdrawal during a term
4.3 If the Provider cancels a program or term, a pro-rata refund or credit may be issued at the Provider’s discretion.
5.1 The Provider is not responsible for providing make-up classes for missed sessions.
5.2 Absences due to illness, holidays, or personal reasons do not entitle the participant to a refund or credit unless otherwise stated.
6.1 Students are expected to behave respectfully toward staff and other participants at all times.
6.2 The Provider reserves the right to remove a student from the program for unsafe, disruptive, or inappropriate behaviour.
6.3 Removal due to misconduct does not entitle the participant to a refund.
7.1 Parents/guardians (or students aged 18+) must disclose any relevant medical conditions, allergies, or learning needs at the time of enrolment.
7.2 The Provider is not responsible for managing undisclosed conditions.
7.3 In the event of an emergency, reasonable steps will be taken to contact the nominated emergency contact.
8.1 Participation in the program is at the participant’s own risk.
8.2 To the extent permitted by law, the Provider is not liable for any injury, loss, or damage suffered during participation in the program.
8.3 Nothing in these Terms excludes rights under the Australian Consumer Law that cannot be excluded.
9.1 The Provider may take photographs or videos during sessions for promotional or educational purposes with consent from parents/guardians.
9.2 Consent may be withdrawn in writing at any time.
9.3 Images will not be sold or used in a way that identifies students by full name without additional consent.
10.1 Personal information is collected for enrolment and program administration purposes only.
10.2 Information will be handled in accordance with the Privacy Act 1988 (Cth).
10.3 Personal information will not be shared with third parties except where required by law.
11.1 The Provider may update these Terms & Conditions at any time.
11.2 The most current version will be available on the Provider’s website.
12.1 These Terms & Conditions are governed by the laws of Australia, and the relevant state or territory in which the program operates.
13. Promotional Pricing
13.1 Promotional rates are offered for a limited time and specific terms only.
13.2 Promotional pricing applies to new enrolments unless stated otherwise.
13.3 The provider reserves the rights to withdraw or modify promotions at any time.
